It's how Josie stays the horticulturist on every recommendation that ships.

Before you book, here's what people usually want to know.
How does an online vegetable garden designer work without seeing my space in person?
You walk us through your space on a video call — morning and afternoon if the sun needs two looks. Most walk-throughs take 20 minutes. Information density is usually higher than an in-person visit because you can stop, pan, and revisit in editing. Works in any USDA zone, 3a through 11b.
Can you design for an indoor garden, balcony, or hydroponic setup?
Yes. The Blueprint works for any space Josie can see on video — backyard plots, balcony container arrays, indoor hydroponic towers under grow lights, rooftop builds, apartment patio gardens, urban small-space corners. Same workflow, scaled to your space. Plant list and calendar adjust for what your setup actually supports.
What if I have zero gardening experience?
That's the majority of Blueprint clients. The deliverable is written for a first-timer — every plant has a spacing diagram, a sow-or-transplant date, and a "when it looks like this, pick it" cue. Thirty days of email Q&A after delivery covers the "what's eating my basil" moment most gardeners hit in June. If you want hands-on coaching after the Q&A window closes, Grow ($99/mo) lives at /grow.
Can I upgrade Strategy to Blueprint, or Blueprint to a Build?
Yes. Strategy to Blueprint credits the $99 toward the $399 (a $300 upgrade). Strategy to Build (Pittsburgh only) credits the $99 toward your bundled quote. The Blueprint is a standalone deliverable — if you want ongoing coaching after the 30-day Q&A window, Grow ($99/mo) starts whenever you want it.
What's the refund policy?
Strategy Session: 100% refund within 48 hours of the call if the recommendations don't fit. Blueprint: 100% refund before delivery; 50% refund within 14 days of delivery if the plan doesn't fit your space. Refund terms are written into every booking confirmation.
How fast is the Blueprint delivery?
Typically 7–14 days. In-season (April–June) it usually lands toward the longer end; in winter it's often closer to a week. You get a written delivery window when you book — and we hit the window. PRO Landscape+ render, plant list, and 12-month calendar are included.
